There will be no college visits next week. Seniors should have turned in their College Application Plan - Part 2 (CAP Form) to their College Counselor this week.
Sophomores, juniors and seniors recently received an email with a link to apply to CSF for this semester by Sept. 29 if they wish to do so. CSF is an academic honor society with a service component. Students must reapply each semester that they are eligible and wish to join.
One of the biggest struggles the SI Wellness Department hears about from both parents and teachers is the balancing of sleep and screen usage. Research shows there is a direct correlation between good mental health and sufficient sleep.

A huge thank you to those who helped with concessions on Aug. 25. We definitely had more helpers than the number who signed up, but we absolutely needed everyone. With the varsity team coming off a road victory vs. Jesuit High School (Carmichael) last Friday, the concessions needs for Sept. 8 vs. Cathedral Catholic (San Diego) should be comparable to Aug. 25.
