Make a Payment for the 2025 Immersion Program

We are looking forward to your student's participation in our Immersion Program! You can submit payment for your student's trip through this online portal. Debit and credit cards are accepted.

We will accept payment for the total cost of your student's immersion trip in TWO installments.

  • 1st Installment: DUE Friday, Feb. 21
    • 50% of the total cost of student's program fees
    • This is a non-refundable deposit to secure your student's spot as a program participant
  • 2nd Installment: DUE FRIDAY, March 21
    • 50% of the total cost of student's program fees
